The Hong Kong Girl Guides 110TH Anniversary Charity Raffle (the “Event”) entry period is 29 January to 18 March 2026 (17:00 HKT) . The Draw will take place on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association Headquarters, while the results will be published in The Standard, Sing Tao Daily and on the official website of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (“HKGGA”) at www.hkgga.org.hk on 2 April 2026.

By taking part in the Event, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. The number of tickets available for sale is 750,000, with No. 000001-600000 as the physical tickets, and No. 600001-750000 as the digital tickets.
  2. Interested individuals or groups can sign up to become an Online Volunteer via our Event website at https://onlineraffle.hkgga.org.hk. Each volunteer shall receive a dedicated fundraising link, allowing them to sell digital raffle tickets through their personal connections. All the funds raised via the Website will be directly credited to the accounts of HKGGA.
  3. To enter the Draw, one must:
    • Successfully purchase digital ticket(s) online from https://onlineraffle.hkgga.org.hk; or the dedicated fundraising link(s) of the registered Online Volunteers of the Event. Once the payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway service provider, the donor will receive a transaction confirmation email with his/ her e-tickets link. If the transaction is cancelled for any reason thereafter, the ticket(s) will be deemed null and void; OR
    • Purchase physical raffle ticket(s) from the registered Units of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association during the Event’s entry period.
  1. Each donor may purchase multiple raffle tickets. Each raffle ticket is equivalent to one entry.
  2. Raffle tickets are priced at HK$10 each. The minimum order for each online purchase will be two (2) tickets at HK$20.
  3. Prize redemption are to be made on or before Friday, 15 May 2026 at 1/F, The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, 8 Gascoigne Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong during office hours (10am-4pm, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Unclaimed prizes will be considered as forfeited thereafter. All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash.
  4. Winners will be required to:
    • Redeem their prize(s) with the original physical winning ticket(s); or
    • Claim their prize(s) with the original online ticket along with the Winner Notification email(s). Any reproduction of the email, including but not limited to screenshot(s) or photocopie(s) will not be accepted.
  1. In compliance with the law of HKSAR, payments for raffle tickets are not accepted as allowable donations. As such, no tax-deductible receipt will be issued.
  2. In the event of incomplete or invalid submission of donor’s information, HKGGA shall not be able to process the order and such donation shall not be refunded, and that HKGGA shall not be held responsible.
  3. All donations towards the Event are non-refundable.
  4. All participants’ personal data will be used in relation to the Event, to include but not limited to communications and administration purposes.

  6. In case of dispute, the decision HKGGA will be final.
  7. This Agreement is prepared in English and Chinese. In the event of inconsistency or conflict between the two language versions, the English shall prevail.
